Just for clarity's sake, my gripe was due to my estimated 18 minute short during my session. I also posted later that "5 to 10 minutes is an irritant and that anything over that is not acceptable."

HY brings up a very valid point, because in all fairness to the provider, if I show up late, I should expect that I could be shorted the amount of time I was tardy, as it was my fault and the providers may have a schedule to stick to as it could affect the customers who were after me.
