Many first time visits result in DIY as a test to prove that you are not LEO. I tip only a small amount if the massage and teasing were good.

The 2nd visit is then either game on, or the last time they will see me. Leaving no tip ensures you will get nothing and like it if you go back.

I can honestly say I have seen at least 3 DIYs that became much more later on.

I would say just like any other service, tip according to quality of service. It will go a long way to tip if you decide to repeat. You will be better remembered and possibly get even better service the next time. At least, in this case, you know where all your tip is going. Make sure to report back on the experience.
