You really need to learn how to read or maybe get somebody to help you with the big words.

He was CLEARLY saying what he thought the CHICK was thinking and offered a solution to fix the problem for the future. He never at anytime accused the brother of the things he wrote.

I get it that you have spent a lot of time practicing that indignation but you need to time it better so you use it on somebody who deserves it.

Well that's disappointing, got to have standards I suppose. I do make a very good living and do tip generously wherever I go, but that would be for another provider to enjoy.
