Seems like a copycat to me. This post lists their licence number but I don't think the original CB lists theirs.

Any MPs open after 11 pm? Latest I see on bl closes at 11 p and most are til 10. Would be nice to be able to visit after work.

Upon further inspection I saw the associated license number has some shady history in Texas. Game on!
