Posts: 104The best and only thing that you should do when you are detained or arrested by law enforcement is to exercise your 5th amendment right to remain silent.

The second that you open your mouth and start answering questions, you are effectively testifying against yourself. Law enforcement officers will report all of the damning things that you said and will not repeat any of the exculpatory statements that you make. Officers care about convictions. They don't care if you said something that could clear your name. All they care about is putting people behind bars and ensuring that criminals are convicted.
Watch and learn.

Not sure it's a good idea to have the press publish how the evidence was recovered, even if obvious, to future "criminals".

Posts: 2680You'll get arrested no matter what you say just for showing up, they only care about the arrest numbers and publicity. They know most of them will take a plea instead of going to trial anyway. Same thing with the stings to bust girls, it doesn't matter what they say.

Posts: 818If you just agree to meet up with a girl, and agree to give her a set fee for a half hour or hour of her time, that's not illegal, right? I assume a sex or a sexual act has to be mentioned for it to be a crime. Right?
