Since you shave regularly down there, got an aggressive BBBJ, have some itch, feeling like a little cold coming, and have what looks like a pimple. This can be a few things including MRSA staph infection for which you will need to be on some specific antibiotics. Go to a clinic / Dr, they will take a culture of the pimple looking thing and let you know if it's MRSA Staph or something else. If it's MRSA Staph, then you're pimple will start to get bigger and a little painful maybe with some itchiness.

It is a shame how some of them can't handle their meds and they end up ruining their lives.
