Here's how a provider can fuck one up. She can:

1. Wait until there's one minute left, then give you the high speed jackhammer treatment.

2. Look up at the ceiling the whole time, possibly with a slight grimace on the face.

3. After 30 seconds, ask "You finish? You finish?

4*. Just as you start to release, let go and walk away to get a towel or tissue.

5. Drop said towel or tissue on your chest to let you do the cleanup yourself.

* - An alternative is that she pinches the head when you start to release, making the release incomplete and unsatisfying, not to mention uncomfortable.
