Turned out to be bullshit.

A very different looking (significantly larger) woman answered the door and I knew immediately it was a ruse. I told her "thanks for wasting my time" and quickly walked back to my car. As I was pulling out, some asshole ran up to the passenger side of the car and started banging on the window. Initially startled, I stopped for a moment and the guy started yelling some shit about a $50 cancellation fee. He tried to open the door but it was locked. It's a good thing too, because lead poisoning would have been a very likely outcome for him had he actually gotten in. He then ran around and stood behind the car with his phone out as if he were videoing or taking pictures of my license plate. I reversed slowly but without stopping until I was able to drive forward to leave and got the fuck out of there. I've enjoyed this hobby for many years and guess I needed a wake up call to remind me not to ever break any of my own mongering rules with the first one being to listen to my gut and GTFO if anything feels off. Could have been a very bad situation but turned out to just be a little stress and wasted time.
