I've seen her a couple of times in the past, maybe a year or so ago. I agree she is older than pics but attractive. Seemed to have dropped off the radar for awhile. I agree on the upsell comment but I will also say the service while limited was very good. Showed up on time, no visible issues, good communication etc.
