I've had numerous inquires through private messaging regarding the aforementioned Jessica, so, to streamline the efficiency in which to convey my response, I've decided to post here as a General Address to be the more linear.

That said, the encounter took place around noontime yesterday at one of the tributary side streets off the Circle. Slept through most of the evening so I thought I'd take an early morning scroll in the rain. Saw a girl walking on Monroe who gave me the look as I turned off Wilkins. Maybe twenty five years ago there was a rage of what we called "blow roasts" around Baltimore. VERY under the radar. They were held often in the Steelworker's Union hall on Erdman Ave, as well as a few other locations.
