I'm pretty sure you could have done BB. I have heard something similar from the girls I have done CS with, that evolved in BBFS. For me, I always took those comments as "Keep coming back and asking". Which is what I do. I have no problem with CS if it doesn't evolve, I have a lot of fun trying. I always ask politely and be respectful. I never try to force it or fake a slip. If she is ok with it, she will eventually let you. If not, move on.

Miyari is actually the worst red light district in south korea. If you're in seoul might as well hit up cheongnyangni district first. Tell the taxi driver to take you to o-pal-pal.
