The girl in the link you provided is positively not Nurse Katie but she often worked with another girl so they could be connected. As far as the 5294 number well Nurse Katie use to have a 7205 so I wouldn't be surprised if now she has a new number altogether. Any message about a "government phone" is probably an attempt by the current owner of that number to keep an individual (s) from calling. Nurse Katie is not LEO herself, but due diligence by a hobbyist is required when seeing any provider since you never know what kind of situation a provider could have gotten herself into.

About the shopping list. I like the pics, never seen any, I agree though, no girl near Crabtree is worth it except if they are a normal provider that is recognizable.

Mya, I think I've seen her. If it's the same girl the girl doesn't do certain positions and basically is a dead fish. Not worth the effort, was at the super 8 like a year ago.

Ivy, or Ivy Time that is the same one, she got a new phone last fall. Never could get her old number back.

Gypsy is back, the girl is pretty fun. Just has early hours until 9 I think. Super curvy haven't seen her since last fall but she's fun and relaxed, I have never felt rushed. But was wondering if anyone else has seen her recently.

And question for those who know or have seen if the "Italian Russian Beauty" is real? And if she's worth it asking for price is a little high but she looks fun.
