If that's who I think that is, she used live in Alpharetta off 120 and go by Anna back in 2008/2009. She then fell of the radar, came back as Alexa, left again, and now she's back again. As, I was leaving a lady start running toward me and ask me to wait, and if I would give her a ride to the new shop. I did, and in broken English she directed me to Natural and gave me a great foot massage. I never had a full body, there and all I have heard is that they are full legit. But, I have never attempted anything but foot massage.

Yes, for the most part. I know that treat your feet is totally legit. So I'm guessing Natural Spa will be legit also. They do give an awesome massage. So if you're looking for a legit massage that's a place to go decent price and really good. I've been the Natural Spa once already really good foot massage.
