I do realize that this is the Atlanta thread so this is the last I will post about Dallas. The area that you are talking about is Emerald Isle. If you map 11311 Emerald Street, Dallas, TX you could throw a rock and hit 8 KAMPs. Not sure how they pull that off but they do.
