There are probably more white GAY MALES, in the gay population. HIV transmission is on the rise, probably greater in the gay population due to unprotected anal sex, than in the straight white male population due to intravenous drug use (or hetro-sex).

If we're looking at pure statistics, it's more likely the gay population that is responsible for the spike, than the hetrosexual one. Since it's way "cooler to be queer" (or any of the 15 other gender preference descriptions that are popular now) in the last 6 years, than to be straight, we're seeing a lot of people "jumping the fence" for alternative lifestyles.

HIV wasn't initially called "the gay flu" for no reason.

The also rampant rise in IV drug use, also contributes to these figures. And it's more likely the SW's we encounter with it, got it from that, versus unprotected anal creampies from us.

Re the blonde-I think her name is Rachel or so she told me and I ran into her on Sunday.

Some things are more easily transmitted than others, and only in certain circumstances. Syph & gono are fairly easily transmitted (as well as herpes and a few choice others) by simple unprotected contact (and can be transmitted orally. Hell, I got a yeast infection from oral a couple of years ago).

My ex (#2), has HIV & HepC. We screwed literally 100's of times bareback before we found out (including on the rag. And she had actually been + for years before we met and didn't know it) and I'm still negative 28 years later. Our son was born (and converted to (at 14 months, and is still negative 27 years later.

The truly bad ones (HIV & HEP) typically require a blood to blood (or infected secretions, like semen to blood). Women are 100 X + more susceptible to transmission than men (due to potential tearing in the vag & anus) than men are. Absent cuts / open sores on your cock, the transmission risks are way lower for F-2-M transmission.

That being said. If they have tracks. Always assume they have something bad to share. These addicts share needles constantly. Will pickup an unknown rig in the trap and use it without cleaning or knowing prior users status. HepC is way more prevalent today (and reasonably curable depending on the particular genome). But HIV is making a comeback, due to more addicts going back to needle drugs.
