So, she always asks a first time visitor to bring one or the other and deduct the cost from her gift. IDK if this is accurate or not, but she certainly believes it to be so. Has anyone else out there heard of this claim?

It's called enticement and can be used as a defense. On another subject if you decide to "walk' because you had a crisis of conscience and decided not to go through with the arrangement that as well can be used as a defense--Check with a criminal defense attorney! VS.

Being legal substances they are fair game. Even illegal substances can be part if, and only if, the undercover's investigation is part of a larger illegal substance traffic sting. A good attorney can make a claim that may lower the charges in the case of illegal substances, however when legal substances are involved they are fair game.

Caveat: it is a foul if the undercover pressures or entices said sp with legal substances, toys, flowers, or other gifts. They have to be part of the negotiations or the sp must ask for them outright. So the magic word for entrapment is entice and / or pressure. Anything else is good and fair for them.

Nah, both cigarettes and alcohol are legal so there is no issue of entrapment. There might possibly be something to it with illegal substances, but I would imagine you would just buy yourself a bullshit trafficking or attempted trafficking charge.

This sounds completely absurd to me. I think it's just a ploy to get some free booze and smokes, then still charge the regular cash amount.

I recently saw Starr in Daytona. She is an excellent communicator and was easy to set up via texts. Damage was $/ hh. She is tall at 5'9" with a few tattoos. Very GFE with Greek on the menu for a slight upcharge. She is a lot of fun and really gets into the fun. I enjoyed my hh with her and will likely go the full hour next time.
