Wow, I bring up the topic for discussion cause these videos on the internet where these people go into massage parlours and its all filmed which is crazy. What are indications or symptoms- that it (surgery) might have happened? I heard fake boobs don't "move" or "shake" naturally.

Buddy of mine is in that business (god bless him) and he says the truest sign of factory equipment is "asymmetrical bounce."

It all depends on the surgeon. Some are very good and it is almost impossible to tell, unless you see the scars. Cheap fake boobs are easy to spot as they look really round, or look like they are hard. Some, you can even see the implant create a ripple when they move. With the touch test, lots of times you can feel the implant. Really good jobs will have you wondering as you can't feel an implant, and see no scars (armpit insertion). Just remember, most will not have any "natural" droop.

As for male to female reassignment surgery, some are so good, it even fools some gynos. I am close friends with some gynos and was told of a few instances where a "pussy" fooled them.
