That has not been my experience with Camps, they seem to be more formal, up town. More of a challenge, larger investment than the Kamps.

Beg to differ on that. It's rare but I was asked to pay the fee up front a couple of times, once a couple of years ago at Health in Cumming and another time at a CAMP on Peachtree Pkwy. Not sure why but surmise that the establishment (s) got stiffed by someone before my arrival.

Most will collect it once you're in a massage room; however, once in a blue moon they'll want it while you're still in the lobby. If you enter and then don't like any of the girls, they'll refund the door fee.

I was reading a review on a Spa I used to go to and in the review they mentioned 60 to get in. I've never been charged to get into a Spa. Normally once I pick the one I want then they tell me 60 and list tips from there. And while I'm mentioning it everything has always been straight forward to Spas I go to. Its none of the LEO check or feeling the girl out. They pretty much always go straight down to business talk then start the massage and into the business. I'm a early 20's black male if that adds any information. One spa I went to the moment I walked in the mamasan said "Oh yeah you here for BOOM BOOM? 200!" and they brought the girls that were available.

Inch, the AMP industry is going to fall into dire straits if you stop going. Places will close, people will starve. As a "Platinum Supporter" of various establishments in the Atlanta area, you should know that the providers greatly appreciate your support. (and the grand a month you spend.) There a guy on youtube whose tagline is "bar girls can't eat love", and he's right, nobody survives on legit massages alone.
