I went in to see Gina last week. They have a small parlor that is completely private. No signs outside the place and without the address, you would never find it. But inside is a decently nice typical massage parlor.

She advertises off backpage and can be found fairly easily. Pm me if you need more details.

I'm new to the scene, but saw some reviews and thought I would try this place out. I didn't catch her name, but petite, somewhat attractive, and teeth could use some work. So previously I wrote a review on Gina at a massage parlor off Montrose period she is amazing and she still is. I also saw Melissa from the same place and she is equally has great. Today I had The Misfortune to see one of their new latina girls, Letty. I come in and I'm a bit disappointed at how she looks. She has a fairly chubby figure and chubby face. Overall I would say a 4 out of 10. But I said okay I don't want to jeopardize my relationship with the booker so I'll go along with it. Plus she must make up for it in her service right? There are two regulars there, the one you know, one younger, and an alternate on weekends, also young.

The older one is very accommodating, others are limited, YMMV, each good in her own way.

I really like your routine and anyone could adapt and put it to good use. Also, I notice that the bulk of your exercises are LISS (low-intensity steady state) based which maintains at 60 - 70% of Max Heart Rate. This is in strong contrast to HITT (High-intensity interval training) which typically works out at 80-90% of MHR with brief rest periods. While the pros and cons of each of these exercise approaches are very debatable recent research shows that LISS exercisers consistently scored better in one area. In the bedroom. Apparently low intensity workouts, obviously, have a more positive effect on the libido as compared to high intensity workouts which can make things get very sore and dampen libido. LOL.

When I was in full workout mode. When I lost 30 pounds in three months. Every day: I walked half an hour in the morning, (speed walk), then at lunch I did about 15 minute of yoga. Which was 10 poses, each pose about 30 seconds. A routine called Yoga for diabetics. Tree pose. Warrior pose. Boat pose. Plank. Downward dog, child pose. Couple others I can't remember, I threw in some push ups and leg lifts and spread leg lifts. All this stuff strengthened the core. Then at 5:30 pm I spent about 40 minutes at the gym. That would include 15 minutes on the eliptical machine. Interval training (about 60 seconds sprint, heart rate to 160 or until I saw flashes of light in my head / 60 seconds slow) repeating the fast slow cycle maybe 5 times. Then I did a circuit on the weight machine, 10 reps on each of ten machines at the heaviest weight I could manage. I got up to 300 pounds on the leg press. Finish with a ten minute steam bath.

Now, unfortunately, (or fortunately) I'm spending all that quality time with L. So I probably only exercise 30 minutes a day. No longer go to the gym. Gained about 10 pounds in the last 12 months. I'm still relatively active, and L cooks super healthy Chinese food. I'm trying to replace the gym workout with room calisthenics.
