I dunno, AMP morning business is typically slow so they reduce pricing during that period of time to get more customers. Same with bars with early happy hours, airline pricing according to the time & day with slow travel periods less costly, etc. Sellers of goods and services commonly have promotional pricing during slow periods, so I'm not sure how you can say lower pricing in the morning is "totally arbitrary".

Here's the latest on the Daggett joint: Nancy, the owner, is again giving massages--or at least she was recently because she had no help. Help will arrive today from L. A. Her name is Cindy.
