The hobby probably does seem a bit expensive for you (right now), but you can console yourself in knowing that you're not alone in that sentiment. A monger can only monger to the extent that his resources allow, and even then it's not an insignificant part of a monger's budget. The key is participation, so that other members can get to know you, but that participation doesn't have to be exclusively mongering itself. Research, insights, and other things that contribute to the knowledge base or hobbying in general can be legitimate participation. However, until you start being able to share your own experiences and findings, some members might not be willing to share a great deal of info with you. It'll just depend on what they see from you in all regards. (Hint: This means that you should be doubly diligent in doing your homework before you go out and monger, in order to maximize your positive experiences and minimize the negative or lackluster ones.).

If you have any questions regarding navigation of the USASG website, or questions about mongering in general, don't hesitate to ask. Most members here - - - guys like Bunker Buster, NoVa Ranger, JmSuttr, Miketastic, OldBoomer, NovaCane, L Knit, and Serpico99 being a few of among too many to name - - - will be more than willing to point you in the right direction. Finally I got to visit AW, good location and decent place. I was greeted by a 45 plus lady with a fit body. I asked for 'Amy' and she said she was 'Amy'. The two providers I dreamed with here were at least in their 40's. Better looking than me, but not anyone I would even rate on a 1-10. You appear to have seen a third provider. If you go here, go for the massage, not the view or any roaming. The Pay method here is different. Typically you pay the MamaSan or similar gatekeeper before even seeing the provider. Both times here I paid the provider the house fee and the tip AFTER the dream. The second time they were a little confused over this, but they worked it out.

You say above that you showed the tip before the dream. I have done that. Tipping before minimizes negotiation during the dream, which is good. But I have found that generally I am better off tipping after at an AMP, It may be that this provides motivation or perhaps hope.

I went to check out the place Old Boomer mentioned on Franconis Road. First some context about myself. One, I'm only interested in a standard NoVa finish (although I'm not sure I'd have the willpower to stop a provider if she wanted to give more, but I've never been in that position). Second, I'm in it for the massage for a large part. Without a good massage, I don't think it's really worth paying for no matter how gorgeous the provider is. My plan was to pay the $45 for an hour up front and then place 3 Jacksons conspicuously under my phone so that my provider could see what was on offer if she was willing. Not a lot of buffer zone between the nail area and where my massage would be. She told me to get undressed and my masseuse would be in. I had no interest I'm being subtle so I didn't cover myself at all when I lay down. Still there's promise there as has been seen from others. I'd be surprised if that particular provider did more than what I got but maybe it's just me.
