I'm not sure how you said it, but mentioning a tip and extra might have been what scared her off. I don't know how others do it, but I generally only pay for the half hour when I go to a new place. I suppose talking to them about it up front would work, I just never know how to start that conversation. Besides, half the time they think I'm LEO. Try this. Talk to them about what you want up front and the tip. If they don't want to then walk away and go to another.

Massage place. There are plenty of girls around here that will do extra. If they won't then go find someone who will.

Also the more you see a girl the more comfortable she will feel and things usually get better. Reading this board will give you a good idea who will so that's a good place to start.
