Malibu: I brought this topic here not to fight or argue but because I feel it doesn't belong on a review board, & also in case it gets out of hand or taken the wrong way, well then it's game on.

this is why I never make reports and give info, I can only imagine what I would get if I shared my experiences from the past 60 days, but you all make it so I can't share my CL stories and I have a ton and love to tell my experiences but then I get flooded and it never ends.

Just a FYI you can block, limit, or restrict members from sending you a PM, so stop blaming others for something that you have control of.

To make a PM contact list click on settings at the top of most any page, & on the next page at the bottom left of the page click on General settings and choose Receive Private Messaging: Only from Contacts and Moderators.

You can block everyone then add anyone you want to your contact list & save, you can add or remove anyone at any time or change it back so that anyone & everyone can PM you, just remember to click save.

So feel free to make a list of those you trust & will accept PMs from & block everyone else, that way you can post any of your experiences & only get PMs from those on your contact list.

The down side is that there are a lot of useless posts about your PMs being blocked, even after you tell them PMs only from those you share with. But that's ok I put those people on ignore & figure it's A2 issue to deal with.

Right. And this is the reason that I leave basic information on my reviews and give out details via PM to seniors if they actually provide content.

There are too many peeps running with senior titles that have not posted one single review ever. Perhaps they BC a lot, I do not know, but what I do know is that there are too many takers on the board.

I have had Dboy blocked for sometime now, so unless I forget to log in, I never see the stuff he posts.

You may want to give the ignore function a try, there's a couple of ways to add any member to the ignore list, with the exception of yourself & a moderator.

The easiest way to me is click on the members name, click view profile, click add to ignore list, click yes to verify & your done.

The down side is you still see that the ignored member posted but you don't see what they posted unless someone copies that ignored post.

I guess it shouldn't bother me, but it still does. But he still annoys me, damn it.

I actually avoid posting some finds in the MP thread just because I know he might read it.

That's to bad, it kind of defeats the purpose of the site, but I also understand that it's always up to the individual what & when they post.

I second this, the liberal use of the ignore function will improve your USASG experience.
