Unfortunately it seems like 400 is the going rate on TNA now.

If you look around a little there seem to be some quality providers (good reviews) that up for most anything for around $300/ hr. I don't know if they do BB. If you just want h&h and don't mind an older provider 35+, there are some who charge around $200/ hr. I'm not sure how the influx of former BP providers will affect prices.
