There's been a lot of chatter recently about stepped-up law enforcement on the Kensington Avenue stroll. Even if this is the case, it doesn't seem to be affecting much. My hunting hours are generally limited to right before work on my way to the office in the morning, or returning home between 5 and 7 pm, and I've had no issues finding providers. In the mornings, I've seen blond tatted Kelly, tall Chrissy, blond Tanna, blond with pink highlights Nikki, and many more. I have heard that cute young brunette Olivia has been in jail for about the past two weeks, and blond Kayla I think has also been taken in, which I'm just assuming because she was always out, and now she suddenly isn't. I also just met another skinny Nikki at Tioga the other morning who had a slow, methodical but completely monster DT game.

Early evenings have yielded a different and largely new crop of providers, most of whose names I can't recall. Chubby Sara is one, there's been a very cute new blond down near the bull, many others, including dirty blond Holly on Torresdale (and I mean that dirty in the best possible way). If you keep your eye out and know how to be discreet and not stupid, you probably won't feel the added heat. It has not been an issue for me at all.

Was driving on the stroll last night which seems there's more le presence than usual and cars getting pulled over so its around 2 am and after a few loops I don't want to get pulled over so I was about to call it a night then I saw a see WSW walking near schiller so I go down tioga and come up schiller which she was walking down, she hops in and I had seen her a few times before with the distinct pink strains of hair so she has dirty blond hair with the pink highlights has a fat ass nice thighs not to big small rack from what I can see so says her name is Rena, we find a spot off Frankford and agree $20 for a BJ good technique deep and slow and no rushing I damned near had her pants down rubbing and grabbing her fat ass and was thinking about fucking her but considering where we were and no room in the car and outside wasn't an option at the time but will next time, she finished me off and I drop her off on tioga will definitely repeat just be careful with the increased le activity.

I'm not so sure many will be hitting the streets. Most of the ads on BP have migrated over another dating part of the site, so they're still able to pull in business it seems.

I've checked out the area both early mornings and rush hour, haven't seen too much of a difference in number of girls out, or quality. Maybe it's just my luck. Or lack thereof.

Idk what's been up but the girls from the house on Wensley st don't answer their phones anymore I know 3 girls lived there and worked for that henry dude agency but seem they been MIA. The black hair girl knows how to bust a nut with her head game but the skinny blond loves to fuck. I ain't going to go knocking at that door no ways.

Here is a quick chart to break down for 2016 prostitution arrests. This includes both "Promoting Prostitution" and the two "Soliciting" charges. I didn't separate out arrests for males / females. Male arrest generally run at 8% of all arrests for any given year. That 8% splits out as 60% are Johns, 20% are pimps / massage parlor managers and 20% are twinks. About 3% to 4% of female arrests also seem to be managers of some sort, but that's just an estimate based on reading some of the background data.

55% of the arrest are in the 3 PPD districts in East Philadelphia, with the 15th (Mayfair / Tacony) and the 22nd (Central South Philly) having more than 5%.

Probably not a surprise to anyone or readers of these threads but here is what I see in that data.

Actually 65% of the arrests are from 3 districts 24 (36%), 25 (12%), & 26 (17%).

Add in adjacent district 15 and the percentage is 76%.

Arrests in these districts seem to be active 12 months of the year. Seems as though the reports here bear out that this is the prime hunting location.

The only other district with consistent arrests is District 6- South Central. I am guessing that could coincide with the AMPs in CC? Or conventioneers wandering around propositioning decoys?

Some time ago there was a girl (Theresa) from the Woodland Ave area that was walking the street. From what I recall, there were only a few other reports from that area. And when things were tough, Ms T would head up to the K to peddle her wares and obtain meds.

So look at the stroll maps that fbtom places in the user generated thread section. This is where the action is!

Thanks Ranger & Gator! I have one additional tip I will share- if one goes to the right side and finds the section on charges, type in "Prom Pros" and one will get a list of arrests directly relevant to the title of this thread.

Sort by Date, Police District, etc. Note that the Zip Code search is the zip code of the perp, not the zip code of the location of the arrest.

Now when you hear a rumor that your favorite girl is on vacation, one might have a way to confirm that!

Philly has several ODATA feeds, they have one that feeds out every arrest, which all the general information, plus links to dockets and other official documents. The was a service called Court Watch which collected the data and made it available, searchable through a browser. I believe it shut down, but they moved the feed and user interface to Philadelinquency.

Some other PA counties also provide info, but its not as easy as an ODATA feed.

While LE may have been out in force, there has been no significant increase in arrests. There were a few arrests on 1/7/17 - even that was just a blip. January has had only 15 prostitution related arrests to date. This doesn't count possession or paraphernalia arrests where LE didn't chose to include a prostitution charge.

Over the past 5 years, January tends to have fewer arrests than an average month. December is usually one of the top months, presumably LE trying to get numbers up to increase year end totals.

Tried my luck across the bridge after le issue in camden. Was out on the ave and saw and old playmate. Nodded and went down a side street. As soon as she got in a cop passed by. We went a block and saw him around. Knew I was screwed. Turned off the ave and in no time pulled over. We got our stories straight to be prepared. Turns out to b a state cop with his partner! Within five minutes another state cop arrives. I'm now dealing with four? WTF are staties doing in kensington? This is too much! Fortunately our stories matched and after 45 minutes. We were both allowed to go! Took the back roads to the calisle watching very carefully. Dropped her{Tana} off and didn't exhale till getting over the bridge back in jersey. Will stick to my phone list for now.
