Over the last few years, Sarah at Beijing, Bobby / Mia at JJ Bodywork (and earlier RiverSt & Marrett), and Angela at CherryBossom have been the providers that I thought had the best tits, without being fat or big boned. Only Angela is still around and her tits are the smallest of the three, but still quite nice. They are fake though, if that matters to you.
