Tipping is completely up to you. In many cases the 160 fee for the independents is a cover all price. I personally would not pay 160 for a house fee.

In some cases an independent will have a place of business and not always an apartment. They are few and far between tho.

If the provider rocks your boat I would have no problem dropping a tip with the expectations that the next visits gets even better.
