Well. Is there a reason why some ladies do not put pics in their ads? Obvious answer. Yes. They do not offer the same appearance as those that do. However, that does not mean their services are less. Not sure what you mean by older pages on BP. Guess I don't really care either. All I know is that when you go on BP under escorts or body rubs ect, ect. At the top under the city there is a listing of (top-gallery-video-date). If you hit date then you can see all the listing. Under the other ones gallery or video not all of the listing are visible.
