I am sure you feel cornered. But some advice is that legally. There is nothing that the police would / could do. Worse case is that it is her word against your word. They can not do anything.

Second. Make sure that you keep her threats as her threatening you is bribery, of which you can then use that just in case. I'm sure it would not make the personal situation any better, but the best thing to do is to "diffuse the situation". Perhaps tell her that you lied previously and that you can not continue to see her because you are moving to Oklahoma or some undesirable place! Hope you are not from Oklahoma!

It would be extortion (MGL c265 s25), not bribery. What she could do though is make a rape allegation, in which case saving her messages would greatly help in his defense.

I would just tell her go ahead and do what she needs to do, and never answer any more of her calls, emails, or texts. I guess you could say its rolling the dice, but there is little that she could do and the police arent going to go there, unless there is more to the story, like underage or something else illegal. Been there many times whether it was a CL girl or streetwalker. I roll the dice and tell them go ahead, call their bluff, I have never heard from any of them again about the police. Usually have about please I need more money, I will do it for half price. LOL. Good luck.

What could she tell the police? If you haven't done anything illegal, I suspect the police would tell her to take a hike. If you've been paying her, she is unlikely to want to get involved with the police. Of course, you could patiently explain to her how the extortion laws might affect her future, if YOU chose to go to the police. In any case, you can't let her shake you down. Good luck.
