I had a great visit with someone from City Girls years ago, then two really horrible experiences in a row after. When I complained, the guy in charge threatened me. Pretty empty threat, but kind of disturbing he went there.

Touring Companions has been coming to Indy once or twice / month for years. Their girls seem to have good reviews on TER. I think I've seen a couple in the way back past, and wasn't disappointed.

As you point out, there are a number of nice ladies in town or close by that do not fall under the category you are trying to avoid, but based on what you are asking for you might consider City Girls.
