Same thing happened to me. I text her a few days ago, she didn't reply back until two days later. Then she would go silent and text me the next day "how are you? This is what happens. Somebody pays for a room and then they sublet it by making people pay for using the bathroom to shoot up. Do makeup. People are in and out of the rooms all night long. And they ended bringing food smoking five hundred cigarettes and whatever. It's why the former Super 8 and most of them charge a huge deposit. It's why I will never buy a room for them. The likelihood of getting charged back is high.
