I forgot about the one in Tarzana. No one ever reviews it. I just searched RM, and there are 13 Blue Moon spas in California. I doubt it's an actual chain, but that's an interesting coincidence.

I think Candy is in Oxnard, but I assume the original poster is talking about Balboa, because he mentioned the $25 cover charge and RM doesn't even list a Candy at the Balboa location. It gets confusing when all of the street names are also names of cities!

To answer the original poster's question: As with any MP, YMMV. $25 is all you need to pay; in my experience you don't get anything more or better for paying for more time. In fact, the one time I did, I got shorted! It's likely you just got a bad slot in the rotation. If they are not busy, I've read elsewhere you can ask for a line up; if you are really early, they may offer you a line up without having to ask. Most of the providers there are acceptable, but I've seen a few in the hallways that I was glad I didn't get.

I wouldn't give up yet. BM Balboa has over 82 reviews. More than any other Van Nuys AMP.

Tried Blue Moon after hearing about it a lot on this forum. I paid 25 at the entrance. Mamasan showed me to the room, and asked me to wait for the provider. A stout and older (40's. Maybe late 40's) provider showed up. I wasn't expecting this. Was offered extras 5 min in to the massage. I chose not to proceed further.

Is this always the case, or did I just run into some bad luck? If I pay 40 at the entrance will the Mamasan send better quality providers?

I went in 3 years ago. It was December BC I'd just got my holiday bonus at work and decided to treat myself to a handy.

Anyway, its an awkward location in a strip mall next to restaurants and other businesses, so the walk of shame will be a factor. I'm also leery of such locations. They seem very vulnerable to visits by uncle LEO.

I went in and was greeted by the older, unattractive Asian mamasan. She led me to a room, told me to undress and wait.

Must have been busy (Friday afternoon) BC I waited a good 10-15 minutes. Finally in walks this Latina. Late 20's to mid 30's. Brown skinned. Def not the type you see on their BP ads. Likely central american. Good body, very shapely but definitely plastic. Her ass was disproportionately large.

There was no pretense of a massage. In fact, she seemed surprised when I asked about it she got naked and went for the hard sale right away. Wanted 100 (on top of the house fee.) I'd only gone in for the HJ and only had enough cash for it. In any event, she said she didn't do Greek so I didn't stray from my plan.

The HJ was mechanical and unenthusiastic. Possibly BC she specialized in FS and maybe was annoyed that I turned it down.

I've heard FS places don't really like HJ. Too much work for too little gain.

I've seen a few posting about this place here and there so I thought I'd go check it out and see what happens. Right as I walk in I know I came to the right place. All the girls are dressed in short tight dresses and a few of them pretty good looking. When I got led to my room the provider (didn't get her name, kinda short, dark hair and big boobs) stayed in and watched me get undressed. The massage lasted maybe 5 minutes and then the wandering hands started. Pretty good CBJ I plan on going back again and trying out another provider.
