The second photo in that advertisement -- purporting to depict "Vivian" in a white top looking at a cellphone -- is identified on several sites as a photo of Swedish fitness model Anna Nystrom, who has 3.3 million Instagram followers.

Plus, in my opinion the advertiser's several ads sound arrogant, egotistical and conceited: "Only select gentleman may contact me," "my looks are flawless," "my body a temple," "stunnin babe," "smokin body," "I never have any client complaints about my service or beauty," "the perfect White Girl," blah, blah, blah. Yeah, sure, whatever, lol.
