Melania actually DID take those photos so comparing her situation to that of the situation of our first lady is invalid. When will people realize that what we say has meaning. Our country doesn't have a communication problem at all. I think the people who voted for trump understood exactly what it is he said he was going to do. National ban on all muslims, deportation of millions of hispanics, and perpetuation of the stereotype that anyone who is not Caucasian is potentially a thug. After my friend asked and I couldn't remember I looked, I went directly to her site and looked, I read her positions on various issues and there wasn't anything there that hasn't been said a thousand times and never done. Pretty much her campaign was "I'm better than he is. " Again, I've voted for every Democratic candidate that has run for President since 1984 so I'm not some Republican saying that "Killary lost because she sucks. " She had no message, she represented the same monied interests that any of the Republican candidates besides Trump would have represented. I'm also still not a fan of the President elect. I didn't, and still don't like either candidate.

What I am is a fan of honesty. You assert and continue to assert that the post that started this was hateful. I continue to say it was in poor taste and stupid but it wasn't hate speech. I understand that you have no lucid response to what I'm saying which was why you resorted to the ad hominem attack by saying my ability to comprehend the written word is somehow at fault. We were talking about why Trump might have won and he asked me a question "can you name one policy initiative that Hillary proposed?" I couldn't, she had no message. Well here is my 2 cents on trump and Hillary.

What I really dislike about Hilary is that she wants to continue the policy of punishing / bullying or telling other countries what they can and can not do. I believe that is a recipe for disaster, especially when done against large and powerful nations such as Russia!!

Russia has its own leaders. Allow Vladimir putin to do what he needs to do for his country or else! The USA needs to stop trying to police the world.

Look at the Japanese before the pacific war. USA didn't like what the Japanese were doing to the Chinese (invasion, Nanking etc.) So the USA decided to stop trading with them aka cut off their resources as a way of punishing / disciplining the Japanese.

Well, what did the Japanese do in response to that?

They bombed pearl harbor in retaliation. Imagine how Russia would respond if they are backed into a corner by the USA!

One positive thing about Trump is that he doesn't give a dam what Russia does as long as they are not attacking us. That improves relations with Russia and keeps is out pf war. Also, Vladimir Putin has zero respect for Hilary Clinton!!
