Upon further thought, the booker might be trying to deter useless calls now that the agency is popular. As you can expect, the lower the price, the more crap calls by less desirable mongers and waste of timers. She tried the same thing years ago but then realized she had to build her client base first and just deal with it. I don't speak for the agency, but I know most of us tip and I think she assumes most of her customers will simply deduct it from any extra donation anyway. She's not a greedy girl.
