Working at this visit with the help of several brothers for the last week. First text in Miami at 1030 with intensive follow-up here in Tampa starting about 330. Around 1 am this morning doing a little recon when I spot a light skin BSW or might have been an HSW actually flagging cars from the middle of a side street. Three blocks north there was a WSW blonde tall in heels and a skirt strolling. Both were well dressed and didn't look like anything I usually see in this area. Any info would be appreciated as I'm still getting used to this area and the hobby around here. Also have noticed a LEO presence every night and day at circle k. Maybe it's the good old election year push.

Her XXX-XXX-9796 number works again. Said she got a new phone and was able to get her old number back. Met her near this same muffin shop.
