They HATE shooting into muscle. It's like a wasted shot to them. Hitting a vein means they get the rush or high. Missing a vein means no high, just stops withdrawal symptoms. But they chase the high.

Yes they are shooting Meth. The new thing is called Ice. Never seen the picking from crack it's mostly Meth. And the twirling seems to come from Meth.
