I gave hello spa a go. I didn't get the so called 25 year old that is being advertised on backpage, but wasn't the worst that you get at these non cb / bb places. There were lots of teases up to the end, however it wasn't what was hoped for. My hand was placed to take care of it myself while the boys got some extra attention. I focused too much on the fact I wanted a takeover and that ruined the experience a bit.

Close, but not exactly what I was hoping for. Maybe another visit will provide a better experience.

My friends experience mirrors what was described by XraySpex. I'll try to provide some information for the newbies or out-of-towners confused about the flurry of extremely favorable reviews that lack details on activities and donation. According to my friend, the standard donation for Hr is 80 house and 160 tip. A few mongers have been able to negotiate lower, activities at a lower rate may vary. The quality of the ladies on aggregate is the best in Orlando. Age ranges from late 20's to mid 30's, a few ladies may fall outside this range. Most of the ladies have gone under the knife hence it is not unusual to see ladies with big puppies and curvier shapes. Therapeutic massage is for most part non-existent, although a very few of them have surprised him by even attempting back-walking. Activities are generally Non-GFE and it includes CBJ and CFS. Activities such as FIV, FIA, DATY (if it is your thing) and BBBJ are a big "YMMV" but may be negotiated for extra roses in addition to 80 house and 160 tip (again big YMMV).

BB / CB are owned by the same group. The two establishment are less than 10 minutes apart from each other and some of the girls rotate between the two locations. You can call ahead to find out the current location of a specific girl. CB has limited parking within the private facility and this can become a challenge during rush hour. My friend likes the off-the-street parking for privacy. BB on the other hand is flagged on both sides by two shops. One of them is a restaurant. There is more traffic depending on time of the day. You can avoid privacy issues by parking behind the building and entering through the back door. There is shower at both facilities. The links for both establishment are:

The ladies in the pictures are not working there. LOL. There are a few cons that I need to mention. They sometime try to get you to go for hhr during rush hour. If you insist on the hour then you may be rushed towards the end. The place can appear to be a very efficient machine and you can loose the magic or essence of the experience it is meant to provide. Will my friend recommend this place? It depends on what you are want. If you need therapeutic massage then look elsewhere. If you need to spend time with a good looking Asian that delivers consistently good non-GFE service then you'd have better luck here, albeit at a steep rate (240 roses). A GFE service at CB / BB is a big YMMV. This is strictly my friend's opinion. If you disagree then write a review and give us the details.

If you click on the tabs at the bottom there is a pic and it is the old Sakura. The place does have an awesome shower room with multiple jets coming from above.

When you read the tabs it does say there is draping and non sexua, hour price $65 which is nice.

Might be a place to get a good legit massage since it is so close to Universal. But image not been there since the change of ownership.

Had some free time and decided I'd check out Eve. She advertises on CL and has a new girl working with her. Pretty good hands and very good on the flip. Great personality and eye contact. Don't really see the comparison with Jackie Grey but still worth checking out. Nice to see some younger options out here in Orlando.
