This doesn't help, but there was a lady Marie? I believe in SW burbs. Topless, BJ, but only gave pedicures to diabetics. She was quirky to say the least. And I think she stopped service altogether. Just make sure if it is someone in the Adult Ent. Business that they know to sterilize the instruments.

I once went to an MT based in South Suburbs (It's since been busted by LE so don't even bother going there). I was getting an amazing massage from the MT, lots of teasing, Lot's of roaming. Just as she was beginning to play with the boys, I got cocky and said, here's a tip, and handed her $40. She grabbed it, looked at me, gave me a smug smirk, spanked my ass, then said, "Massage over," and walked away. Shit. Never tip before gentlemen. (Was Q spa on LaGrange) By the way, the tacos next door are pretty good. I finally got to try this place out. I got Emily, very cute 20's. I didn't care much for her technique but she had a great attitude and a really nice body. Standard finish for standard price.
