As always, my friend said he had a very easy set up with Steve.

It's been at least three years since the last and only time I encountered Kim which actually took place in Colerain. What a transformation. Why didn't you just split your cash wad to the HH rate? No rule says you have to pay for a full hour if she is only doing the HH.

Since the Hour vs Half Hour error was not your fault (I am sure you can prove you specifically requested an hour, and not just assumed it.), why couldn't a rescheduling be done, without incurring a penalty fee, again, assuming you can clearly show you scheduled an hour?

I probably could. Did learn a valuable lesson and by valuable I mean expensive lesson. Always make sure that you mention how long you are supposed to be there for before festivities begin.
