Hi Joseline. I've never seen you or even contacted you thus far, but I think you are partially right with respect to your comment about the one appt. In 30 that does not go as planned. No one on here should expect perfection from providers. We're all human and stuff comes up or whatever.

What really matters to us mongers is how the provider handles it when things do go wrong. In these cases, the provider needs to respond and apologize to the guy and make an effort to reach out and make it up to him somehow. If the guy gets nothing but crickets from the provider, even after a few days, that provider can and should expect to be called out for it every time.
