You can see every arrest made in Philadelphia. http://www.philadelinquency.com//courtwatch/allarrests - If you are only interested in Prostitution, put "prom" (w / out the quotes) and the it will resolve to Prom Pros. Promoting prostitution, most hookers (inmates in house.) sometimes you'll get a pimp or manager.

Posts: 4Today, I was circling around K and Somerset to K and Huntingdon. If one is into women of color, there's action on K itself. Not a fan of carplay.

Posts: 243I went through this morning. Last Sunday there were 30+ girls. Today, there were about 20 girls, but the quality was really bad.

Posts: 2243Get Educated - One Way or Another
There are plenty of resources around here (USASG) to help you get an education as an education is what you need (stroll maps, rules 2 keep you safe, posts with intel on girls, locations, prices etc.) . You are smart to come here and ask questions because you can learn here. The other option is that IF you wander on to the stroll uneducated, the street will do the education for you! That is known as learning by the School of Hard Knocks!

So find on the home page, the link in the left column, called "22 Rules... " There are actually more of them, two or three posts worth. In those rules, most of your questions will be answered. And to give you a teaser in answering your question: Clothing could be a factor, but not always, what IS the determinant is "the look. "
Now don't be afraid to read the rules and MEMORIZE THEM! When you get out there the street does not wait for you to remember, it just jumps up & bites you! Once you have the rules down cold then do what I did as a newbie: drive the strolls for several months to get a lay of the land. You MUST know where the girls are, when the speed limits change, where you can turn, where you can pull over, where NOT to pull over, where LE hides, how to identify a "working girl," what constitutes 'the look,' How to ID a decoy, what to do when one has an LE encounter, etc. Mongering looks easy, successful, long-term SAFE mongering is anything but easy!
Oh and you mentioned you already knew the score for escorts, really? Read the "Rules for BP Mongering" and I bet you learn a thing or two.
Once you have read, memorized and done some dry runs, come back here with any specific observations and questions. I'm sure someone here will be glad to help.
Good luck & Stay safe!

So I too first thought the number 70 was alot. Then I thought about it like this. What if the girls were in pockets of 10 per group. Yeah, I could see there being 7 pockets or areas along the K stroll where there could be 10 girls around each = 70. More realistically, I wouldn't be surprised if 40-50 got picked up. In any case, I was out yesterday, and again this afternoon. I haven't seen it this dead. Ever! Literally there was not even one SW south of Allegheny for 2 passes yesterday and today wasnt any better. I hung around Huntington station for a solid hour yesterday and did not see one! Be safe out there guys.

Hey all,
I am new to the hobby ( 1 year) but I have not had any experiences with street girls. I am also a bit of a perv who likes 'them young, 18-22 range, nothing under 18 obviously. Are there any street girls that age in Philly? I'm up in Allentown but there's nothing up here except Platinum Plus, which is kinda hot right now.
Also, how do you recognize them? Just by their clothing?
Also, any etiquette guide on this forum? I know the etiquette for escorts. But I don't know squat when it comes to street girls.

Hey all,
I am fairly new to the hobby ( 1 year), and I have had no experiences with street girls. I am up near Allentown but the action up here is minimal (except Platinum Plus, but that place is hot). And I'm a total pervert who likes younger girls, around 18-24 years old. Are any of the street girls in Philly around that age? Also, how do you pick them out from random pedestrians? Just from clothing?

Posts: 748I haven't done the count in quite some time. So if you say that then Ill kind of go with your knowledge. With a lot of skepticism. I've seen numerous girls myself. I would tend to lean toward the 30 number on almost any given day or night. But 70? Hell they would be bumping into each other. I have noticed when these fetes are pulled off LEO tends to stick to the hotspots on the Ave. They are looking for Brownie points with the neighbors. Not something they can get city wide. I could be wrong but I doubt they get over to the Aramingo area or Rhawn street, Torresdale. I would think that would be spreading their resources a bit thin to accomplish their goal. Now, this is not at all fact just my observation. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

Posts: 243Depending how wide of an area they were sweeping and for how long, that number could be close to the 70 range. I've seen and counted over 30 numerous times just doing one round trip down the strip. Grant it, only a third of that (if that) I would try to pick up, but the numbers are out there.

Posts: 748I agree 100% with your logic CL. It's exactly what I have been saying for years. As long as there is a source for scoring some type of drug there will be a source for scoring the working girl. Our local government has the neighborhoods so duped telling them they are doing something and in reality they are doing nothing to resolve the issue. They pick and choose the problems they attack in drug riddle neighborhoods. To verify that, look at all of the drug related murders and shooting in the areas they patrol. Happens within blocks of where they are supposed to be.

Much of that has to do with the people that run the "recovery / Halfway houses". There is a definite financial interest to do nothing. Check out how many of these houses are right in the heart of Kensington. Duhhhhh! Right at Kensington and Cambria for instance. The addicts and working girls love these places. Not to mention Levittown has more of the subsidized houses available to anyone that wants to go.
It's dollars and cents.
The government does not want the problem to go away. If they did, the resources are available to make that happen. So they snow ball the area residents into thinking they actually are doing something.
Case in point. How long has it been since the tranny cops have been stationed at Somerset? A good while. At any given time I guarantee anybody can go ten feet from them and buy pussy and drugs. They just go hand in hand.
I once read an article that stated a 98% relapse rate with "program treated" addicts. Well it only stands to reason with that type of relapse rate that is also the programs failure rate.
I once had an interesting conversation with a girl and she was explaining to me about all the do gooders that want to "help" her get clean. She came right out and said she has no interest in getting clean. Said she loves getting high. Loves the feeling. Likes not having any responsibility.
Now, that's not to say all the working girls feel that way. But that sentiment does exist.
So until the real government steps in and resolves the true reason the prostitutes are on the Ave they will always be there. The enforcers that patrol these areas are pretty much about as useless as tits on a bull.
Our favorite girls will continue to stroll the Ave. They may not be exactly where we are accustomed to seeing them. But they are very close by. These same girls will continue to date the same cops that locked them up last night. It's all interconnected. The drugs, the cops, the girls, the councilmen, town watch all of it. There is a connection of responsibility.
The drug and streetwalker issue crept up on this city so fast the government had no idea what happened. While they was waiting to get out of office so the next guy could deal with it, it got bigger.
Now we are faced with a bunch of vice running around trying to round up working girls so it appears on the outside they are attacking the problem. The reality is they are part of the problem for not doing their job in the first place.
So tonight Thursday is another vice night. Lets see how much of the real problem they solve. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

You want to stop the girls, then stop the CAUSE = the disease. Point is that dope is such a strong foe that once it gets a hold of a person, it doesn't let go, or not so easily. It's NOT a daily choice, but a disease that gets hold of you and doesn't let go! But we have a terrible rate of true treatment. Only about 10% of those that go into traditional "12-step" treatment" come out fully treated. Treatment that sticks! Why are we wasting our tax dollars and insurance premiums on what is essentially a 90% failure rate?? Seems like the prevailing "attitude" is to blame the victim. "Oh, if they really wanted to 'clean up" they could do it! They just don't try hard enough!" Makes it safe to write "those people" off as dirty, wh*res, or less than human so not worthy of attention or compassion. But a 90% failure rate by the standard treatment? When is it time to say the treatment is a failure and do something else?
But what many fail to understand is that dope alters the brain. Yep, studies show actual physical and chemical changes to the brains of addicts. So you take someone with altered wiring and expect what happened over years of addiction will be cured in a 30-day rehab stint? Yeah, sure, by then the physical "addiction" is over but the brain hasn't had time to rewire or heal. Who knows how long that takes? 6-months? 12-months? Longer? Some studies suggest 18-mo minimum. Then on top of that you have to overcome a bunch of problems that likely lead the person into addition if the first place, Oh WAIT! Let's blame the victim again - "They didn't need to put that stuff in their body! It's their fault!" Well maybe they did take dope and set out to become an addict? Perhaps they got pressured into it by a friend? Maybe they were too young to truly understand the consequences? Maybe that is a way someone uses to keep a girl dependent? Maybe it was a way to escape a hard life, poverty or abuse?
But you run a person through a "treatment program" and then toss them back out into the environment where they came from. A lot of addicts no longer have supportive families because they have lied, stolen, cheated and done everything to their family and the family has take the "tough love" approach. So where is a newly "treated" girl going to go when she gets out? Right back into the environment or new "family" that supported her drug use! So she wanders into the environment where there are many of the "triggers" for her to reuse and any wonder that she relapses? Oh WAIT! "Again that's her fault! She was clean and if she really wanted to stay clean. ".
So yeah, its her fault. An altered brain that hasn't healed, perhaps emotional issues that haven't been resolved and dumped back into the same environment with the same "support" system that encouraged and enabled her drug use! Yep! Is she really wanted to be clean she would over come all of THAT on her own! After all 10% of the people that get treatment overcome all of that, why can't she?
So yeah, there is no solution to the drug problem because the problem is we see addicts as less than human and we toss a failed treatment "system" at them and then expect miracles. Dope is a terrible disease and until we see it as such, have compassion for its victims and offer adequate treatment that works, drug use will persist.
Can you do you part and adjust your views?

Was driving around the stroll around 1:30 am near the old bull dealership and saw a WSW with a little shape (thick is a most for me) so I go around the block and come up buckius she starts walking down towards me hops in introduced herself as Atm (we hooked up once before in the winter but haven't seen her since) I explained we hooked up before and told her her government first name and she calmed down a bit but didn't remember me, I asked for a BJ and offer $25 but she says she usually gets 40 but accepted it because I told her I'd take her back if it isn't enough for her we find a spot near the cemetery near Aramingo but she was high out her mind singing to songs on the radio and laughing uncontrollably then sounding like a kid making noises, I was wondering if she's in any shape to perform but she took care of business good technique deep throating at times playing with the balls I was covered since I'm a little safer these days but wish I wasn't the way it felt with a rubber on I'd have unloaded quicker. On the way back to drop her off same thing singing funny noises etc she says she's better than that obviously what I gave her and wants to become an escort and go to school. I felt bad for her because even though I only seen her once before she had more weight and even though she's a little thick she lost weight since the last time I saw her in the winter.

Posts: 748This is just a heads up to all concerned.
Yesterday 8/30/2016 there was a large vice operation on and around the strip. Now I personally know of at least 16 girls that was taken in and most held till this morning. I have had report totals of 38 - 70.
Now as a man that likes to be as logical as I can, I tend to lean toward the 38 figure. Now, without a doubt that is still a large number. If I'm wrong please correct me as I do have the curiosity of a horny cat.
Just being realistic, I know I have no problem finding ready willing and able women that want to hit the most exciting playground in Philly. I just can't imagine there being 70 blowjobs available on the strip within a normal summer night. Why wasn't I notified? I would have been out there for weeks at a time.
I know there has to be other inquiring minds here also. Crazy thing, I always tell the participants here there are plenty of girls available. Yet this is one of those mysteries I'm unable to figure. Does anybody here have any further information regarding this bust? No matter, and all kidding aside, there is a law presence out there. So we need to be careful. Stay alert. All LEO do not drive the obvious cars you may be used to seeing. Hell some are walking right beside you and you have no idea. I'm serious. So those that enjoy the hunt on foot. Look around you could be strolling with the dream breaker. This is especially directed to all the non locals. The Delaware, Maryland, Jersey, New York visitors must all stay alert to what's going on around you. From past experience I know this began yesterday after 12:00 noon and continued into the evening hours. This will not come to a sudden stop any time soon.
The objective is to reduce the amount of working girls and shake up those that support the activity. Getting rid of the girls is never going to happen. They have been there 50 years and they are getting stronger in numbers not a bit weaker. Ao they will be here another 50 years. I do know there is an element that gets easily shaken up. I believe LEO knows and understands this. I think they thrive on this. It gives them something to show the neighborhood that they are doing something. They place police cars at strategic corners for months at a time while the locals walk right by them and buy whatever they like. Hmmmmmmm. What's wrong with that picture?
Sadly they fail to attack the real source of the prostitution, that being the drug dealing market. As long as the girls can get a fix they will always be there. That is how they survive. That's why the girls go to jail for six months and come out and head right back to doing the only thing they know and what they do best. The girls know they can return to the area and nothing has changed. The same places to cop are still available some with a stronger product.
It has been the history of those sworn to serve and protect to be leery and downright fearful of the drug trade in the Kensington area. So they tend to attack the weaker part of that market being the girls. They walk softly and go home at the shifts end letting someone else handle the problem. It really is what it is.
So knowing all this it is to your advantage to always be alert. Ask questions. Sit back and watch the show. You will be very surprised at the ending. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.
