I know of four individuals that have been caught up in sting operations. Two were in hotels though not in the state of Florida. The only law enforcement agency in Florida I'm currently aware conducting hotel sting operations targeting both john's and providers is Polk county. There are periodic sweeps that target providers in hotels but rarely do they set up and target john's. Of course this could change at any time. Of the two unlucky individuals I have spoken with one went to jail and the other actually walked with a verbal warning. The individual that walked never made mention of sex though the police tried several different approaches to get him to implicate himself, he said remained firm that he thought he was only paying for companionship, no sex! He also insisted that he thought they were going to dinner! LOL I thought that was a good one. Perhaps he got lucky. The other two were conducted here in Jax and were street walking stings. One man was taken to jail and pleaded no contest to solicitation and the other was able to drive away after he had stopped and asked the police decoy if she needed a ride, he was pulled over but released. Your right in thinking that being arrested can be a life changing event but there are ways of getting an arrest expunged from your record as long as there's not a conviction associated with the arrest. I agree, Lele is a sweet lady and she can take a pounding without complain. She is very worried about safety, and won't do any GFE stuff, but has no qualms about Greek games as stated in her menu. Correct and very wise advice. If you walk into a sting, you will be arrested. At that point, it doesn't matter if you are guilty of anything OR if you are not ultimately convicted.

Once you are arrested for soliciting for prostitution (regardless if you are guilty or convicted); your life as you know it, is over.

You are correct, but that was my point. If you walk into a sting, just like if a provider walks into one, you will be, not might be, arrested, regardless of what the communication was.

Not necessarily true, if there has been no discussion of what services are being received there is no arrest-able offence! I'm not saying that you won't be arrested, you very well might be but if there has been no talk of sex for cash you may get charged but it won't stick. Here's a little trick I use when communicating with a new provider. While texting them and knocking out a few particulars, I,e, location, donation, etc, once a donation rate has been established, such as 100 for hh, I'll text them that I'm only paying for their time and that I'm not looking for anything sexual.
