I too was interested. She sounds sincere in her apology claiming it was a misunderstanding. However, the gentleman said he " politely refused and left". That, to me, tells me he spoke to her. I could be wrong. However, if the lady in question was indeed her roommate as she claims, why would she, the roommate, approach him? Or if she did have to talk to him, why not tell him she's inside waiting for him? Like I said earlier, I could be wrong and simply misinterpreted everything.
