After entering the desired number Into the search bar, make sure you click on the little magnifying glass at the right side of the search bar. If you click on the little number that appears under the search bar you will notice that the last digit of the phone number will be missing. So when it searches that six digit number it will come up empty, no results. This is how it works on my iPad anyway. I hope this helps.

Type the number (including area code) in the search bar. It will bring up her real name and FB profile.

She might be a bit paranoid because she's been in trouble before. I didn't have any trouble setting up with her though. We set a time and I had her address within 30 minutes of the initial text.
