I've been observing this unfolding drama concerning Monica's pics, and it does seem there are highly paradoxical aspects to the situation. On one hand, yeah, dudes see that shot of her back and get turned on and suddenly, as RiverRat22 says, biz is soon booming for her. But the other hypothetical side of this equation is this provider must worry about who took what photos of her in the past, and is someone sometime going to get angry at her for something and want to seek revenge by exposing her identity via a photo and messing up her life, maybe even try and blackmail her by threatening to make public a photo revealing her identity? I could see her becoming quite paranoid, and for good reason, about the possibilities for trouble as a result of pics guys have of her in action. So, the upside seems to be more immediate work and cash for her now, but downside, more potential for problems in the future. I don't know if any of this is true, I'm simply speculating.

Fair use pertains to copy right, not expectation of privacy, which is something different. Because the photos were taken in a private venue and not in public, the expectation of privacy is in question. Concent to take a photo does give them consent to post them on the Internet. But I guess being a senior member of this site makes you all knowing. Whether it's illegal or not can be debated and I'm sure there is case law that covers this, but it's also a moral issue, which I am safe to say you have none. You posting someone's photo without consent gives everyone of us a bad name. So I will take my law degree from sea university and go hom.

I would tend to agree, but posting someone's pic on any internet site without her consent is wrong, any way you look at it. Just because she allows a photo to be taken doesn't mean you get to do with it anything you want. In my opinion, if you take a photo of a lady, simply ask her if she minds if you post it on this site so that people know who they are setting an appointment with. I would tend to say, after seeing the photo, she will likely see an increase to her customer base. It should be more about respecting the ladies. There is also something others have not brought up and that's legality issues because there was a certain level of expectation to privacy on her part. If she didn't give consent, then there is a possibility of legal recourse for his actions. But that's my opinion.

You need to look up something called "fair use." If you're reviewing something you can use their material to do so. You can't use it for commercial purposes and we, the operators of the site, are not.

That doesn't mean I don't often take them down. It means that you can post pics of hookers that are commercial sex workers when you are reviewing them.
