Got a chance to meet her finally. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing.

Wanted to schedule for some other day / time, but ended up being there in 40 min.

I experienced the same and posted about it but with not so much detail. She's a story teller with lots of excuses and none of it adding up to make any sense. That jumbled behavior, her looks and her mannerisms as I mentioned before lead one to believe it's substance driven as you mentioned.
