Drove by today. Nothing looking like a MP anywhere near the sign. Although the store front directly under the banner had some construction going on. Called the # on the banner. Got the "not in service" message.

Hope something develops. Looks like potentially the run-down, seedy, anything goes type of place that's right in my wheel house.

Very strange but indeed the new place is located just below the sign. It's hard to miss now that it has a bright neon sign on the window.

Also strange, or funny, is the name they chose for the place. Maybe it's me but it stood out to me.

Anyways, only peeked in for recon. 30 for half, 40 for whole. Caught a glimpse of one girl which did nothing for me. Older 40's asian wearing tee and thick cotton pants.

Front desk gal was not much but better looking. Late 30's with porceline skin and a's behind a tight top. If you ask and get a choice of names, seek out sofia. At least for the figure and not face. But she may only be the mamasan.

Place looks clean and legit. Spot is high profile on busy street. Good luck if you toftt.

Used your Intel throughout SoCal, always spot on. Pine is the new name for Hana. Some girls remain with a new crop that is on par with everything Hana had to offer. If you have time, try CoCo Spa on Miramar Rd, north about 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. Some girls work both places but other girls exclusive to their particular place. Can't lose at either place. Standard now is half hour $. 6 at door and $1. 2 to $1. 4 for FS depending on negotiation skills. They also have 45 min (8) and hr ($1. 0) door fees with additional to girls as well.

Also, a couple others within 5-10 miles, just not the depth of talent, so can be hit or miss. Enjoy and report back! Thanks.

They will almost always take the bird in the hand and give you an early check-in on a room that wasn't used the night before so would already be prepped. Just have to find one with a reasonable regular rate. Apparently, based on something I read on the LA board, Motel 6 has a few stripped down rooms at an even cheaper than regular rate.

The Motel 6 rooms are called "Junior Rooms. ".

Yes, I understood he was looking for hourly rates. Just don't think there's any of those around here anymore. I've had to settle for the over night rate, but, at least w / early check-in. I'm suggesting he look for a motel with low overnight rates and try for an early check-in.

My old standby motel for massage & play sessions, the Dolphin in San Diego, no longer caters to us mongers. Does anyone have a decent motel that offers early check-ins at a reasonable rate? Ideally for maybe 3-4 hours like the Dolphin use to offer? Preferably north county but at this point I'm not fussy.

For regular 'incall' massages, here's another report. Level 2 Massage on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Near Convoy. Upscale parlor on the second floor in an office building, see Annie. Annie is a decent looking Chinese woman, probably 40 years old with a decent body. She gives a first-class firm massage with lots of teasing. The usual $40 for one hour and $40 for tip which includes a nice leisurely HE. Lots of teasing between the cheeks before the flip. Annie doesn't allow touching of her though, no way-no how.
