I'm not an attorney, but. If you knowingly rent to someone in the business, I would think you are opening yourself up to some legal trouble. I partake in all kinds of risky activity; this is one that I would avoid.

Renting to some SW's or BP advertisers would be a Huge mistake. Any illegal activity on your property could come back to haunt you. Considering many girls main motivation revolves around drugs, these types of busts could result in your property being confiscated. Plus once they peg your property as any sort of trouble spot LE will always be watching. Rent really isn't a high priority in the minds of these girls. Responsibility isn't their strong suit. So unless you're willing to risk your investment and take rent out in trade, I wouldn't recommend it.

Like Lefty stated find tenants that pay their rent. If you ran bureaus on these working girls your business sense would tell them to find somewhere else to live. Then she'll burn that landlord and move on to the next. Geez, most don't or can't even pay their cell phone bills on time.

You have been warned. My friend rented to members of his family and they were short periodically and he had to go into his own pocket to cover note. So if many business experts caution about renting to members of your own family you know what they will say about renting to working girls. So use you head.
