Cruised around from 10:30 am to just past noon. A few SW out but did not scoop. I started on the ave and all that was out was a skinny WSW in a blue shirt with a pimp right on her side. Idk why, but I have never felt comfortable scooping a girl with her handler, so she got the pass. I don't think I would have stopped regardless. Shot down Liv. To fort a d saw 2 SW. 1 WSW and 1 BSW. The construction on fort made it hard to scoop, and saw 3 LEO (they didn't seem to be out actively looking for a bust, just driving by). Anyways, went home without. Stinks because it is over 1/2 hour drive for me to get there. Stay safe fellas.
